WHO WE ARE

An independent school district in Oregon since 1908, Pinehurst offers individualized and small group education to students  K-6 in multi-age settings. Our small student body allows our teacher and instructional assistants to offer dynamic lessons tailored to the needs of each student. Strong academics infused with extra curricular activities and interests keep students engaged with the learning.

WHAT WE DO

Pinehurst is the only school in the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument. The small student body combined with this forest setting allows Pinehurst to offer outdoor education in a way that many other public schools cannot.  Our K-6 students enjoy exploring the natural world on field trips, at recess and with outdoor education opportunities right outside our doors.
