Originally from the Bay Area, I’ve lived on the Greensprings for 52 years.  My entire working career has been in the Food Service Industry.  Creating food has always been a passion for me; it’s my form of Art.

I owned and operated the Greensprings Inn for 10 years, and after selling it, continued to work there as a cook, caterer, and baker until my retirement in 2016.

My vision for the students of Pinehurst School is to give them an introduction to food and its preparation, to grow with the idea that the kitchen is a comfortable place to be, and to develop the confidence that they can create something both delicious and nutritious.
