OUR BOARD
Pinehurst School on the Greensprings is the only school within the District. Serving the community since 1908, our public school district is separate from Ashland School District and operates independently.
The District is governed by a five member board of directors which sets the direction for the school according to our Mission and Vision [create hot link here) and adapts policies to support those goals.
The board meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 4pm in the school annex. The public is welcome. Agendas are posted on our website (pinehurst.k12.or.us) several days in advance of the meetings. Contact the board secretary/office manager, John Elder at 541/482-1910 for more information.
Elections are held every two years, and are open to any full-time resident of the District who is a registered voter.

- Create meaningful relationships and opportunities for parents, staff, students and community members to engage and participate in the education of students at Pinehurst School.
